Starting 2022 off with a culinary treat, Hervé took himself to Lost in the Lanes, a lovely, independent cafe in Nile Street in the heart of The Lanes just off the seafront. Hervé says:
“Brighton is full of amazing eateries and we have decided to start recommending our favourite one’s for you to try when staying at the New Steine Hotel. This month, we brunched with my cousin Stephane at ‘Lost in the Lanes’.
“We both had the Korean Pork Belly with Black Beans in Oyster Stout Sauce. The Pork was melting in our mouths and the beans were just delicious. We also sampled Blue Cheese & Cavolo Nero Croquettes & Onion Jam.
Amazing!This is the perfect place to stop on a shopping day in Brighton for some heart-warming food and a chill before hitting the shops again. Stop by!”
