Our bistro will remain open over the festive period from 6pm – 9pm for last orders. We have a great selection of in-room snacks for you to dine upon, or should you need us to make a booking at one of the many Brighton restaurants open over this time, we would be more than happy to assist (please note this must be done in advance of arrival).
